ANATOLIAN – TOKAT Turkmen copper mini ewer. A rare hand hammered copper ewer. Such small sizes were used to be made for washing hands and face. The high bottom and holes on it indicate that it was kept on the fire to keep warm water in it. They usually come from higher altitude places of Eastern Turkey. It has a few very small dents on the belly area where it was joined from two pieces. Overall it is in great condition.
