OTTOMAN ARMENIAN ANTIQUE tinned COPPER plate. Central East ANATOLIA – TOKAT. Hand forged with its original lid. Dated in Hijra as 1270 with owners info. It is around 170 years old. The form of the lid is in Ottoman helmet shape. It still can be used for hot and cold food since it still has proper layer of tin. Such plates were used for main courses. A great sample of Armenian workmanship.
