CENTRAL ASIA Hand made wooden – metal bread stamp. Many bakers have different stamps for different types of bread. It is most probably Turkmen because of dangles. Metal dangles create a nice sound when it is used. A few metal teeth are missing, a few little damage here and there but a good long lasted bread ( Patir ) stamp. It can be cleaned in metal teeth part.
